Mio uses SSO provided by the platforms you use (Slack, Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex Teams) to ensure that you don't have to remember countless passwords. You don't need a Mio hub password, and we don't store your password credentials for each individual enterprise chat application. 

This means that if you've forgotten your password for a Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Cisco Webex channel, then you'll need to contact the company responsible for the app directly. If you have lost your password for your Single sign-on tool, then you will need to contact your SSO provider.
