As an admin, you will typically log in with your service account user in Mio's Control Hub. Here's how to log in with multi-factor authentication

The easiest option for Mio users who want to take full advantage of their new syncing solution without MFA issues is to approve the Mio static IP address. 

To white list the Mio IP with your MFA provider: 

  • Go to the Admin tab for your MFA solution
  • Find the page that allows you to manage your Service Settings
  • Enter Mio's IP address into your trusted IP list
  • Click Save

Once we're on your white list, we'll continue to securely support your messaging and collaboration tools, without any complicated MFA issues.
