There are several ways that Mio admins can prompt their users to complete their one-time authorization process and sync their enterprise chat accounts.
You can Auto Prompt by toggling the Auto Prompt option at the top of your sync page:
You can send individual prompts on the People Sync page:
Or you can even ask Mio to do the work for you.
We can conduct a bulk prompt process on your behalf. All you need to do is:
- Send an .XLS or .CSV file of all the people you want to prompt to sync to firstname.lastname@example.org or to your Customer Success Manager
- Separate contacts by platform and note who should be prompted to use both platforms
- Include the message you want to send to your team.
