There are several ways that Mio admins can prompt their users to complete their one-time authorization process and sync their enterprise chat accounts. 

You can Auto Prompt by toggling the Auto Prompt option at the top of your sync page:

You can send individual prompts on the People Sync page:

Or you can even ask Mio to do the work for you. 

We can conduct a bulk prompt process on your behalf. All you need to do is:

  • Send an .XLS or .CSV file of all the people you want to prompt to sync to or to your Customer Success Manager
  • Separate contacts by platform and note who should be prompted to use both platforms
  • Include the message you want to send to your team. 

If you have a large number of people you want to prompt to sync at once, Bulk Prompt can save you a lot of time.
