Mio offers demonstration environments for evaluation with companies that have more than 500 employees. If you're a smaller business, you can run a paid trial with Mio with the opportunity to cancel after either 30 or 90 days.

Because Mio is built on enterprise architecture, every company requires a custom setup to make the most of their new tool. Usually, this setup will take between 3-5 hours, depending on the internal environment tools that you have in place, such as:

  • Multi-factor authentication
  • Identity provider tools
  • SSO (Single sign-on)

Setup also requires the input of admins of both platforms to be synced, such as Webex Teams or Microsoft Teams. Most companies will prefer to run their evaluation in a production environment so that they can get real users to test out the service. Setting up the service often takes longer in a test or sandbox environment.

We also ask that companies evaluate the service that they get from Mio with up to 50 users, rather than just a handful of admins, as this will give them a real feel for the experience.

We also run POCs (proof of concepts) for up to 60 days and don't limit the number of users that can access the POC. We'd love to have your whole company try it out!
