Go to https://admin.webex.com and log in with your Webex credentials.
Note: If you aren't able to access that page, you can send this article to your IT Admin, or request a forwardable email instructions from us.
On the left sidebar, click on Settings.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see Integrations.
Turn on Global Access.
Congrats! Now all users in Webex can message the Mio bot and create universal channels to chat with external contacts.
