In a specific universal channel:
"/mio invite"
View the invite link for that specific universal channel.

View a list of all the members in that universal channel.
Webex
In a direct message with the Mio bot, you can send:

Opens the menu options to create a universal channel, start a direct message, view current conversations, and log in to your account.

Microsoft Teams
In a direct chat with the Mio app, you can send:

Create Channel: Create a universal channel to chat with external contacts
New Direct Chat: Send an invite to an external contact to direct message

Using the Mio app extension:
At the bottom of any channel, find the "· · ·" and select Mio.
The app extension gives you two options:
Convert your regular Microsoft Teams channel to a universal channel.
Add the link of another universal channel you were invited to. Entering the link will sync your current Microsoft Teams channel with a per-existing universal channel.
Once your channel is converted to universal channel, you'll be shown a Channel Menu with
Your channel's invite link
Your channel's member list
Deactivating your universal channel
You can deactivate any universal channel you created by logging in to your account on the web.
