What you'll need

  • Mio Universal Channels installed on your desired platform.
  • A starter or professional plan to downgrade from.

Step 1 - Log in to your account

Log in to your account here using the account you originally installed Mio Universal Channels on.

  • To log in from Slack
    Send "/mio menu" in a direct message with the bot Mio Universal Channels. Then, click Account.

  • To log in from Cisco Webex Teams
    In a direct message with the Mio Universal Channel Bot, type and send "menu" and select Account.
  • To log in from Microsoft Teams
    In a direct message with the Mio Universal Channel Bot, type and send "help". Select the option to Log in to your account →.

Step 2

Click on "Billing" and then click "Manage Subscription."


Step 3

Click Cancel subscription. Choose the plan you want to downgrade to.

You have successfully downgraded your plan.
