What you'll need
- A Pro or Flex plan to downgrade from.
Log in to your account here using the platform you originally installed the Mio app on.
Select Billing on the left and then select Manage Subscription.
Click Cancel subscription. Choose the plan you want to downgrade to.
You have successfully downgraded your plan.
