Step 1 - Log in to your account

Log in to your account here using the platform you originally installed the Mio app on.

Alternatively, you can

  • Log in from Slack
    In a direct message with the Mio app, type and send "/mio menu" and select Account.
  • Log in from Webex
    In a direct message with the Mio bot, type and send "menu" and select Account.
  • Log in from Microsoft Teams
    In a direct message with the Mio app, type and send "help". Select the option to Log in to your account →.

Step 2

Once you're in the Mio hub, choose Billing the left side. Select Manage Payment Method under Payment Method.

Step 3

Select Replace Card and enter your new card information.
