Step 1 - Log in to your account

Go to and click Sign In in the top right corner.

Step 2

Sign in using the platform you originally authenticated Mio with.

Step 3

Click on Billing and then Manage Subscription.

Step 4

Click Cancel subscription. Choose the plan you want to downgrade to.
