Note: When you cancel paid plan, it automatically keeps you on the free plan. To completely remove your account, contact support@m.io.

Step 1 - Log in to your account

Log in to your account here using the platform account you originally installed the Mio app on.

  • To log in from Slack - Send "/mio menu" in a direct message with the Mio app. Then, click Account.
  • To log in from Cisco Webex - In a direct message with the Mio bot, type and send "menu" and select Account.
  • To log in from Microsoft Teams - In a direct message with the Mio app, type and send "help". Select Log in to your account →.

Step 2

Click on Billing and then Manage Subscription.


Step 3

Click Cancel subscription. Choose the plan you want to downgrade to.
