Requesting removal of your organization

Please submit a ticket using the chat bot in the bottom right corner to deactivate and delete your organization from Mio.

If the chat does not appear, start a new message and type "deactivate organization".

Once your email has been sent, please allow 24-48 hours for a member of our team to respond. We will reply back with a confirmation email once your organization has been deactivated.
