
Step 1
If you're an admin for your organization's Webex, go to https://admin.webex.com/settings.
Step 2
Scroll down to the section that says External Communication.
Under Block external messaging, make sure the switch is turned off.
If your organization requires external communication to be blocked, add Mio to your whitelist.
Under Whitelist domains for external messaging, make sure you add the m.io domain name.
