Before installing Mio on Webex, please check the following settings to ensure your end users can use the app for cross-platform communication.


Webex Control Hub

The following settings are accessible by Webex admins only.

  1. Go to your Webex admin settings: https://admin.webex.com/settings.

  2. Scroll down to the section that says External Communication.

  3. Under Block external messaging, turn the switch to off.

If your organization requires that setting to be on, under Whitelist domains for external messaging, add the m.io domain name.
