Before you start...

This setting is only available to customers on the Pro plan or higher. To upgrade your account, sign in to the Mio hub and click on Billing on the left side.


Add more administrators to the Mio Hub

Step 1

Sign in to your Mio account at https://m.io

Step 2

On the left side, select Settings. Then select Roles & Permissions.

Step 3

In the top right corner, select New Member. Type the new administrator's email address to invite them.

That's it!

Your new administrator will now be able to sign in to the hub and view your organization's channels, billing, and security settings.
