Before you start...
This setting is only available to customers on the Pro plan or higher. To upgrade your account, log in to the Mio hub and click on Billing on the left side.
Log in to your Mio account at https://m.io
On the left side, select Settings. Then select Roles & Permissions.
In the top right corner, select New User. Type the new administrator's email address to invite them.
Your new administrator will now be able to log in to the hub and view your organization's channels, billing, and security settings.
