Log in to your Zoom account at https://zoom.us/signin

Under the Account Management drop down, navigate to Account Settings and click the Zoom Chat tab.
Step 3
Click or scroll down to Security.
Turn Enable advanced chat encryption OFF.
Turn Allow bots to participate in chats and channels ON.
Step 4
Click or scroll down to Storage.
Under Cloud storage, select Zoom Cloud.
