Step 1
Open Zoom. Navigate to Chat in the top bar.

Click on the + next to Channels, then select Create a Channel from the dropdown menu.
Step 3
Name your channel "Native Zoom Channel." Click Create Channel.
Step 4
Repeat Step 2 to create another channel. Name this channel "Existing Channel."
Step 5
Add any test users as members of the channel.
That's it! You are now ready to import your Zoom Chat test channel into the Mio hub.
