Service accounts should not be personal accounts

If you accidentally set your personal Webex account as the service account in the Connect Center, please email support@m.io with:

  1. Your personal email address

  2. The correct service account email address

and a member of our team will revert those changes as soon as possible.


The service account should be part of the team that is imported in the Connect Center

Please check that your service account is a member of the Webex team that you are importing in the Connect Center.

If you're still having issues syncing channels or users for Webex, please contact us at support@m.io and describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
