Background
Once your organization has deployed Mio, you will receive notification from the Mio bot to sync your account. It is crucial to accept this prompt in order for cross-platform messaging to work.
The Mio bot will never send you unnecessary messages or spam. In addition to the initial sync prompt, there are a handful of times where communication from the Mio bot is necessary to ensure that cross-platform messages are still sending smoothly.
