Here you will find a set of email templates to remind your end users to sync their accounts by your deadline, or D-Day. Utilizing the "stick" approach, these templates utilize a sterner communication style to encourage end users to sync their accounts. It is recommended that you customize these templates with the consequences of not syncing by the designated D-Day.
Please do not use these templates if you are beginning your sync process. For pre-Sync Day and Sync Day templates, click here.
There are two emails and a channel post in this template. They include:
Channel post: Sync reminder including direct sync link, to be pinned to your org-wide channel
Email #1: Gentle sync reminder including direct sync link
Email #2: Sterner sync reminder including direct sync link
How to use these templates
If you are reading this onboarding guide, your users' primary platform is Zoom Team Chat. A primary platform is the “home base,” the app that they use most often.
Replace [platform B] with your users’ secondary platform - Slack, Webex, or Microsoft Teams. A secondary platform is the one to which messages need to be sent.
Please replace [D-Day] with your organization's sync deadline.

Pre D-Day: Post one week before your sync deadline
ANNOUNCEMENT - PLEASE READ UNTIL END:
A friendly reminder that [org] has deployed Mio, a software that provides cross-platform chat interoperability. Mio enables you to stay in Zoom Team Chat while communicating with others on [Platform B].
You will have received a prompt from the Mio bot asking you to sync your [Platform B] account. It looks like this:

Please follow this prompt by [D-Day]. If you do not do so, cross-platform messaging will be unsuccessful and further action will be taken by the IT department. This process takes less than 2 minutes.

According to our records, you have not synced your account with Mio.

According to our records, you have not synced your account with Mio. Today is your final warning to sync your account.
Mio will enable you to stay in Zoom Team Chat while communicating with others on Platform B. However, cross-platform messaging will be unsuccessful if you do not accept the Mio bot's prompt.
You will have received a prompt from the Mio bot on Webex. The prompt looks like this:

Syncing your accounts takes less than 2 minutes and is as easy as logging in to your [Platform B] account. Complete this action by today. If you do not complete your sync, further action will be taken by the IT department.
