When you've set up Mio and finished syncing your enterprise chat accounts, you can use the People Sync and Auto Prompt features to encourage users to choose their preferred chat tool. 

The Auto Prompt feature automatically asks employees to choose their preferred channel and start using Mio. Synced users can then participate in Direct Messages with users on other platforms. 

Once a user selects and syncs their primary chat account, they can continue to use the other synchronized application to check on channel messages and updates.

Direct messages will always route to their preferred "primary" account.
