After you've completed a pilot test of Mio, our team will be back in touch to hear about your experience. We will:

  • Discuss your trial with you and answer any questions you have.
  • Explain additional benefits of Mio's services
  • Set you up with People Sync 
  • Introduce you to Auto Prompt so you can encourage your employees to start using Mio

Additionally, because we work hand-in-hand with each client setting up Mio, we can even discuss how you can use your Mio rollout to achieve collaboration and chat goals. 

Once you've synced your channels and your people through Mio, we will:

  • Work with you to scale your adoption rates and add more channels to your service
  • Discuss the option to sync additional tools with Mio
  • Provide best-practice guidance to rolling out your new technology
